Frequently Asked QuestionsPaymentsQ: Where are you based and do you have a showroom?A: We are based in Burnley in Lancashire in the heart of the 'weaver's triangle' area where we have a 6000 sq ft showroom in which we show all the products we display on this web site. You are very welcome to visit our showroom to view these products. Q: How can I pay for my purchases? A: We accept most forms of payment. The easiest method is to use our fully automated online credit card processing system. If you do not want to use your credit/debit card on the internet, we can also process credit card payments over the phone, please call 01282 450 444 with the product details and have your card details handy. We can also process payments via cheque. Please remember paying by cheque will slow down the processing of your order by approximately 10 days. Q: How secure are my credit/debit card details? A: All credit card numbers are encrypted in via the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. Thereafter payment is collected through our online credit card system via Alliance and Leicester RMC. We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. To protect your security and prevent credit card fraud wherever possible, we reserve the right to ask for proof of ID and to carry out a credit check where necessary. For additional security, on customer's first orders we will only deliver to the card holder's address. ProductsQ: I am looking for a particular product that is not listed on your website.A: As we specialise in products produced by Furnico, it is possible that we are able to get a Furnico product which is not listed on our site. Please feel free to call us on 01282 450 444 to enquire. Q: Is the range of colours and fabrics you show, the entire range available A: We show the most popular colours and fabrics in each of the models we represent on our web site. Furnico do produce these products in other fabrics and if you have a specific fabric in mind and you do not see it listed on the site, please feel free to phone us to enquire about the availability of the product in that fabric on 01282 450 444. Q: How can I be sure that the colour you show on the site is the right colour for me? A: We advise all our potential customers to order a fabric sample which will give you a clearer indication, however fabric samples can and do differ in shade and tone from the finished product and as a consequence we cannot guarantee that the colour will match exactly either the sample fabric or the representation on the web site. Q: I found the product I want to buy but I have seen it cheaper somewhere else. A: Our prices are already fantastically low, but if you have found an identical product elsewhere, please call us or email us and we will always beat any competitor's price. Q: How long will delivery take on my order. A: Each item ordered will have an anticipated despatch date listed in the shopping basket; this is however dependant on stock levels as well as payment method. If an item is out of stock, or there is any delay we will clearly quote this on the individual item, if there are further unforeseen delays a member of our team will contact you as soon as possible. Please note we may have stocks available quicker than the suggested despatch date originally quoted, if this is the case we will always despatch as soon as possible. We will always email on despatch to pre-warn you that our carriers now have the goods. Therefore if you are unavailable to take your order until after a given date you must tell us of this in the "add comments" section on placing your order. If you have failed to inform us of this and we are unaware of these dates, we may despatch the items to our carriers, if so our carriers will charge £30 per item to return the items to our warehouse, this will be chargeable to the customer. DeliveryQ: What will delivery of my item(s) cost me?A: We offer a standard deliver to mainland UK of £75. Q: Can you deliver outside mainland UK? A: At the moment we are NOT able to deliver outside mainland UK. We can deliver to any address within GB Mainland. Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight are possible at an agreed fee to be advised prior to order completion, please contact 01282 450 444 for further details. Q: When will my goods be delivered? A: Please refer to the individual delivery quote given on each item in your order and our terms and conditions. If a product is out of stock and not available for the delivery times quoted you will be contacted and made aware of the delay as soon as possible after placing the order. GuaranteesQ: Are my goods guaranteed?A: All of the products sold on this site come with a full one year warranty, which guarantees the product for the first year of ownership. Any recliner products carry a life-time structural guarantee on all moving parts. Product returns and refundsQ: Can I return goods if I am not satisfied?A: Please refer to our 7 day money back guarantee. Q: How do refunds work? A: In the case that you will be issued a refund, it will be processed via the same method that the initial payment was made. i.e. if you pay by credit card, the refund will be made onto the same credit card.
